The hotel was quirky with comfy and marvellous location really close to the square as well as Quincy for the Early Tin Dusters. Last time I stopped, had clean room with 2 beds. Everything here was good.

The rooms were clean and had 2 beds, thanks to the helpful staff. the location of the hotel was fantastic, very close to downtown. - Went to the scoreboard nearby for a drink or two, it was relatively close to the venue. - the restaurant wasn't far from the hotel, making dining out convenient.

Very nice for the price even though the pool was empty. The front desk staff was very pleasant
For the money it was excellent.

The hotel was a great location: downtown, near the river. It was remarkably inexpensive.
Everything seemed run-down. There was a dead cockroach on my bathroom floor. The room was very hot, the windows don't open, and even after running the (noisy) air conditioner on high for hours, the room was still uncomfortably hot.

The staff went out of their way to help us. They were very friendly & I would stay there again, given the opportunity!
The pool was closed & I would have preferred it was open.

The hotel provided us with a clean room with 2 beds. We were pleased to find a microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a fridge included in the room. The location of the hotel was convenient for our visit to Quincy for the Early Tin Dusters event, and it was close to other good motels.

We weren't there 10 minutes and the elevator was outdated (wasn't retracting and kept closing on us). The pool wasn't functional. There was a large millipede in the bathtub, dirt (poop?) in the toilet, and screws on the bed and the floor. The carpet didn't look to be cleaned, and we ended up forgetting my husband's hat after we let the front clerk know we weren't staying, and she allowed us to go through the entire upstairs looking for it, only to see it "magically" sitting on the front counter when we came back downstairs. The staff the next day was very apologetic and refunded the entire 4-day charge that had been put on my card, but it reminded us both of scenes from the "The Shining"!

Comfort, convenience, value.
Water pressure in sink was a little low, but not a major problem.
